《黑色星期天》诞生于1932年的法国，但是在1945年被销毁，其原因就是因为造成了大约100多人的死亡。这首歌的作者是是匈牙利知名作曲家赖热·谢赖什，创作的背景是在赖热·谢赖什和他的女友分手后一度绝望的情况下作成，因此在歌曲和旋律中透露了一种悲伤欲绝的情感，很容易引起人们产生共鸣。所以，也就会有相当大一部分人听完后选择自杀。
